Should You Board and Train Your Dog?
When looking into how to train your dog for the first time, one of the options available to each of us is to board our dog and have them trained while in boarding.
In this video, I discuss a few of your options and the reasons I would not recommend a board and train program to train your dog.
In addition to your option to board and train, you also have options to join a local dog training class or opt for individual training with a dog trainer. There is also the option to take online courses to work with your dog to train. If you’re not looking for high-level training, for example, service dog training, agility training, or scent work to name a few, then an online training course may be a very good option for you.
