How To Have A Cat When You're Allergic

1. Change your cats food to a species specific, biologically appropriate diet (raw food). This will increase your cats health, including their skin and coat. Which in turn reduces dander (that stuff you're allergic to)

2. Bathe your cat - up to once a week - with shampoo made just for cats, preferably organic!

3. Create a cleaning routine. Seriously. Clean everything.  Furniture, floors, rugs, pet beds.

4. Use an ionic air purifier.

5. Make the allergic person's bedroom and closet a pet-free zone.

6. Give your cat optimal levels of omega 3 fatty acids, again to increase the health of her skin and coat, resulting in less dander.
